NanoProtect Concentrate is formulated with 50% active ingredient and is diluted with clean water before application according to the product instructions.

Its silane/siloxane technology penetrates into porous concrete and masonry rather than simply leaving a coating on top of the surface. Once applied, the treatment creates hydrophobic protection within the pore structure to help reduce liquid water absorption while allowing moisture vapor to escape.

NanoProtect has undergone more than 36 months of real-world testing on horizontal outdoor surfaces exposed to rain, snow, UV exposure, temperature fluctuations and deicing salts.

NanoProtect technology has also demonstrated continued performance on an exterior vertical façade test dating back to December 2015, representing more than 10 years of real-world vertical exposure.

Horizontal surfaces such as driveways experience different exposure and wear than vertical façades; the vertical field test should therefore not be interpreted as a universal 10-year service-life guarantee.

Easy Concentrate Application

1. Test – Perform a water absorption test to confirm the substrate is absorbent and suitable for a penetrating sealer.
2. Mix – Dilute the concentrate with clean water according to the product instructions.
3. Prepare – Make sure the surface is clean, dry and free from coatings or contaminants that could prevent penetration.
4. Apply – Apply evenly using a low-pressure pump sprayer, roller or brush.
5. Wet-on-Wet – For maximum protection, apply the recommended second application wet-on-wet according to the product instructions.
6. Cure – Allow the treated surface to cure according to the product directions before exposure to water or traffic.
