Clean & dry the surface
Pressure wash and allow to dry completely.

Spray until saturated
Use a pump sprayer for uniform coverage.

Apply wet-on-wet
Apply subsequent coats while the surface is still wet.

Let it cure
Allow the product to cure according to label directions.
PRO TIP: Apply at 50–90°F (10–32°C), with no rain expected for 24 hours. Apply wet-on-wet until the surface is saturated. Remove excess product that no longer absorbs. Follow the full product label.

How long does NanoProtect concrete sealer last?
Ongoing field tests have passed 36 months on horizontal surfaces. Durability depends on substrate, preparation, application and exposure.
Will it work on my driveway, patio or pavers?
It is intended for absorbent, unsealed concrete, pavers, brick and suitable natural stone. Do not use on polished, non-absorbent or previously sealed surfaces.
Does it change the look of concrete?
It penetrates instead of creating a glossy topical coating. Always test an inconspicuous area.
How much do I need?
Plan around 135 sq ft per ready-to-use gallon for the recommended two-coat wet-on-wet method, or approximately 200 sq ft for one coat.
Is it safe around pets and children?
Keep people and animals away during application and curing. Follow the product label before allowing normal use.
Does it help with algae and stains?
By reducing moisture absorption, NanoProtect can help reduce staining and algae buildup over time.
Does it help with freeze-thaw damage and deicing salts?
It helps reduce absorption of water and salty runoff, which can contribute to freeze-thaw damage. It is not a guarantee against cracking.
