Professional-Grade Concrete & Stone Impregnation

Deep-penetrating impregnation for absorbent concrete & mineral stone

Works for years by protecting below the surface (no topical film to wear off)

Does not form a surface film only like many others (won’t peel or flake)

Reduces water absorption, protects from green film, algae & staining

Preserves natural look (no gloss, no slippery layer)

Breathable protection — moisture vapor can escape

Designed for all absorbent stone like driveways, patios, pavers, pool decks

Solvent-free, Water-based formulation

No microplastics, No PFAS

Safe for children and pets once fully cured

*Coverage depends on surface absorption.

Safe for residential use when applied as directed, During curing, reactive ingredients temporarily form alcohols as part of the chemical bonding process.

A double coat (wet-on-wet) is highly recommended for maximum durability.

Based on real-life applications and long-term field experience:

Single coat: typically provides protection for up to ~2 years
Double coat: significantly extends performance to ~4 to 7+ years

The first coat penetrates and opens the surface.
The second coat, applied while the surface is still damp, penetrates deeper and creates a more durable protective zone — especially on highly absorbent concrete.

*Coverage depends on surface absorption. Highly absorbent concrete may require additional product or a second wet-on-wet coat.

Very Good Concrete Sealer

I am a professional pressure washer, and i seal driveways since 20 years. I am using this since 2 years now and results are amazing. I do use the Concentrate a lot. I can confirm that this product lasts for years. Best option on the market. This is a project i did 18 months ago here in LA.

Very good price ratio

I have a 500 squarefeet Driveway and i got this Concentrate to cover all the surface with a double seal as recommended. It was easy to mix and super easy to apply. I wish you guys would offer a Pump Sprayer too. But i got mine from Lowes for 9$ so all good. Application is easy, just spray on let it sit for about 10 minutes or so until the first application soaked a bit into the concrete then apply second coat. It works amazing! After 5 months i can confirm it`s still clean like on day 1. Abolutey Asthonishing!

Still works after one year

Applied end of 2024 and now over a year later it still repels water.

Real-World Results — Proven Over Time

See how Nanoprotect performs on real concrete under real conditions. Left side single coated, right side uncoated! You might notice a square on the right side, this is a part that has been double coated for direct comparison. This is the reason why we strongly recommend double coating wet in wet application as it extends the life span from up to 2 years with single coat to 4 up to +7years!

Nanoprotect penetrates into the surface instead of forming a film. This is why protection does not peel, flake, or wash away over time.

Penetration is King, Not a Surface Film

See the difference between untreated concrete, surface sealers, and deep impregnation.

Left: Unsealed Concrete
Open pores absorb water, dirt, and contaminants.

Middle: Surface Sealer
Forms a thin film on top that can wear, peel, or trap moisture.

Right: Nanoprotect Impregnation
Penetrates into the pores and protects from within.

Nanoprotect penetrates into the pore structure of concrete and stone. Unlike surface sealers, it does not form a film that can peel or wash away. Protection happens inside the material — where damage starts.

Easy DIY Application — No Special Tools Required

During application, the concrete temporarily darkens while absorbing the product. After curing, the surface returns to a dry, natural appearance.

Step 1 – Clean the surface
Remove dirt, algae, and residue.

Step 2 – Let the concrete dry
The surface must be dry before application.

Step 3 – Mix Concentrate with water
1:9 (1 part Concentrate to 9 parts water)

Step 4 – Apply Nanoprotect first coat with Pump Sprayer or Roll
Spray or Roll evenly. The product penetrates into the concrete pores.

Step 5 - Apply Second Coat wet in wet

Wait 10-20 minutes until first application soaked in a little but surface still wet and apply a second coat.

Step 6 – Let it cure
The impregnation dries invisibly inside the concrete. Let is cure for at least 24 hours, foot traffic is ok after 2 hours.

Use protective gloves during application. Keep children and pets away until fully cured.

FAQ

What surfaces can Nanoprotect Concrete Sealer / Stone Impregation be used on?

Nanoprotect is designed for absorbent, open-pore mineral surfaces, such as concrete, pavers, travertine, sandstone, and other natural stone.
It works on driveways, patios, walkways, pool decks, and similar areas.

It is not intended for painted, sealed, epoxy-coated, glazed, or non-absorbent surfaces.

How long does the protection last?

Nanoprotect provides long-term internal protection by reducing water absorption inside the material.

While the visible water-beading effect may gradually reduce over time, mostly after couple of weeks or months,
the internal protection remains active for many years, helping keep surfaces cleaner and easier to maintain. Our Real Life Experience shows up to 2 years for a single coat while the recommended double seal wet in wet (if applied correctly) shows effects for more than 4-7 years and even more.

How much product do I need?

Coverage depends on surface porosity.

Please refer to the chart shown above!

How much do i need for my project?

Do I need professional tools or experience?

No.
Nanoprotect is designed for easy DIY application using a standard hand pump sprayer or roller.

No special equipment is required.

Does it change the look of my concrete?

Why is Nanoprotect Concrete Sealer different from cheap sealers?

Many sealers use low quality ingredients and are diluted up to 95-97%! Many of them sit on top of the surface only and wear off quickly.

Nanoprotect Concrete Sealer and Stone Impregnation works the Dual Phase Technology inside the concrete, reducing water absorption from within — as well as on the surface, which is why it delivers longer-lasting results with less maintenance.

Is it safe to use around my home?

Nanoprotect is:

Water-based

Solvent-free

Free from microplastics and PFAS

Non-toxic when used as directed

Suitable for residential environments.
